These terms apply to your use of SizeMyListing (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

SizeMyListing is a free tool that resizes, frames and renames product photos for online marketplaces. All processing happens in your web browser: your photos are not uploaded to us. The site is supported by advertising. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Your photos and content

• You keep all rights to the photos you use with the site. We don't receive, store or claim any rights to them.
• You are responsible for having the right to use, edit and publish the photos you process, and for how you use the resulting images.
• Because processing is local, we can't recover images for you. Keep your own copies of your original photos.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to interfere with the site or its advertising (for example by automated scraping that degrades the service).

Marketplace requirements

The marketplace guides and presets are based on each platform's published seller documentation, with a link to the source and the date we last checked it. Marketplaces change their rules, and some categories have extra requirements. We can't guarantee that images produced with the site will be accepted by any marketplace. Always check the marketplace's current rules before you publish.

Trademarks

Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and eBay are trademarks of their respective owners. SizeMyListing is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Their names are used only to describe which marketplaces the tool prepares images for.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, sales, profits or listings, arising from your use of the site or of images produced with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Advertising and links

The site may show ads and contain links to third-party websites, including marketplaces' own help pages. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, products or practices. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
